My Approach

We are all unique in terms of talent, ability, skills, attributes, experiences, values, interests, passions and motivations. At My Career Plan I believe in everyone’s ability to realise their potential given the right support, encouragement, insight and guidance. Planning the next step in your career can be exciting but it can also sometimes feel stressful and overwhelming. Whether you want to begin, adapt or re-shape your career plan, my aim is to support you to do this step by step.

While life can be filled with challenges and uncertainty it also provides a multitude of positive opportunities. At My Career Plan I focus on encouraging you to explore all the career options and opportunities that are open to you. My objective is that you can get the clarity and confidence you need in order to focus on making effective career decisions and to plan to take the next step in your career. We look at how past and present experiences influence you and we explore the challenges you feel you need to overcome to start, progress or develop in your career. The different aspects of our lives shape us as individuals. and contribute to our decision-making around our careers. Taking the time and space to explore these in terms of your personal career goals and ambitions enables you to gain clarity and empowers you to design and implement your personal career plan.

At My Career Plan I offer one-to-one consultations which are tailored to meet the individual needs of each person. Working together we can explore the direction you would like to take in your career, identify how best to get there and formulate an action plan to get you started.

If you would like help in planning, developing or changing your career so that you can unlock your professional potential……..

“I would highly recommend anyone with any doubts or questions about career to make an appointment. You won’t regret it.”
